
RedStar Magical tagliatelle with panga fillet and tomato
< BackIngredients:
Olive oil
Small box of fresh Italian herbs
50 g salami, sliced
400 g RedStar Magical tomatoes
250 g panga fillet
Salt and pepper
Tagliatelle
Preparation method:
Preheat the oven to 200⁰ C. Heat 2 tbsp olive oil in a frying pan, and fry the tomatoes for 5 minutes. Sprinkle with the herbs, and put the tomatoes into a casserole dish. Put the panga fillet into it, sprinkle with salt and pepper and add the salami slices. Put into the oven for about 10 minutes, until the fish is cooked. Meanwhile, boil the tagliatelle according to the instructions on the pack. Serve with the panga casserole.
