8 RedStar Romantic tomatoes
Cupcake tin and paper baking cases
4 slices of brie
Finely chopped chives
4 eggs
Salt and pepper

Preparation method:

Preheat the oven to 200⁰ C. Put the paper baking cases in the cupcake tin and break an egg into each baking case. Dice the tomatoes and divide them, together with the chives, over the eggs. Sprinkle with a little salt and pepper. Place a slice of brie on top of each cake. Bake the cakes in the oven for about 15 minutes, until cooked.
