RedStar Tropical tomato and mozzarellasalad< Back
250 g RedStar Tropical tomatoes
1 ball of mozzarella
1 tbsp balsamic vinegar
2 tbsp olive oil
salt and pepper
Take the mozzarella out of the packaging and allow to drain for a few minutes. Wash the cherry tomatoes. Put the oil and vinegar into a bowl, add salt and pepper to taste. Cut the tomatoes in half and put them into the bowl with the dressing. Cut the mozzarella into small cubes, and add to the dressing and tomatoes.
Optional: pick a few basil leaves (as many as you like), wash and add to the tomatoes / mozzarella/dressing.
Delicious with lasagne or spaghetti.But also wonderful on its own with freshly baked-off baguette or bread.
