  • Red Desire tomatoes (200 g)
  • Small mozzarella balls (150 g)
  • Fresh basil leaves
  • Long skewer
  • Green pesto
  • Mixed seeds

Serve this tasty healthy tomato skewer with a drink or as a fresh side dish.


Step 1: Take a long skewer and thread a Red Desire tomato on it, followed by a basil leaf, a mozzarella ball, a basil leaf, a Red Desire tomato, and so on.

Step 2: Spread some pesto over the mozzarella and tomato and sprinkle some seeds on top.
