Vegetable wraps with Red Desire< Back
- Red Desire tomatoes (200 g)
- 2 vegetable wraps (for example, No Fairytales Bell Pepper Chili Tortilla)
- Mix of assorted salad greens (handful)
- Yellow pepper
- Half a red onion
- Lentils (canned; 100 g)
- 4 tablespoons of hummus
Add colour and variety to your lunch with these delicious fresh vegetable wraps with Red Desire tomatoes. A true explosion of flavour!
Step 1. Rinse the lentils in a colander with cold water and drain.
Step 2. Cut the Red Desire tomatoes into four wedges, the pepper into strips and the red onion into half rings.
Step 3. Spread hummus on the vegetable wraps. Add the mixed salad greens, sliced peppers, tomatoes, onion and lentils.
Step 4. Roll up the wraps and cut them in half.
